For the new Metal Look collection made with special titanium, Silhouette has focused on their fascination for pure design and abstained from superfluous details. Skilful combination of small effects produces a distinctive overall effect: Modern, curved temples without hinges whose lightness is underlined by an airy break, subtle colour applications and a highly effective linear load on the exterior and interior sides of the temple. This unique rimless model from the “Extravagant” Lifestyle World is available in six different colour combinations: Indigo Reflections, Sparkling Burgundy, Shiny Mahogany, Shimmering Alabaster, Mystic Twilight, Black Mirage.
Whatever the colour selected for this titanium masterpiece from Austria may be, it is suitable for business as well as for leisure.
The Metal Look collection – about 80% handcrafted in Austria, just like all Silhouette collections – will be available from opticians worldwide starting May 2010.
The combination of two extraordinary materials (a special titanium alloy and a plastic patented by Silhouette) promises perfection in form with haptics, contours and colours that evoke images from the current trends in interior design.
